主要功能

采用開放式架構體系,自由組合為田間便攜式、實驗室型等掃描、攝像方式的個性面積測量儀器,獲取葉片圖形并精確分析計算葉片面積及其相關參數(shù),廣泛運用于農(nóng)藝和林學等形態(tài)學、病理學研究。

運用各種圖形撲捉設備獲取高質(zhì)量葉片圖形,運用專業(yè)軟件分析計算葉片面積等相關參數(shù),該軟件可以讀取其他TIFF標準圖形,還可以額外配置XLFolia軟件協(xié)助數(shù)據(jù)處理。

測量參數(shù)

葉子測量參數(shù):葉面積(單個和總的),葉子穿孔面積(單個和總的),葉子長度,葉周長,葉最大寬度、平均寬度,縱橫比,形狀因子。

葉片測量參數(shù):葉片面積(單個和總的),葉片和葉柄長度,葉片最大寬度、平均寬度,葉片周長、自定義葉片寬度,自定義長度和角度,自定義裂片角度。

其他測量參數(shù):分析區(qū)域面積,葉片鋸齒高度、寬度、數(shù)量,包膜,不規(guī)則葉片形態(tài)分,病理分析(顏色分析)。


應用領域

廣泛應用于植物生理學、植物病理學、植物生態(tài)學、農(nóng)學、園藝、林學等學科,可進行形態(tài)學、病理學研究。

圖像撲捉系統(tǒng):經(jīng)廠家調(diào)試的臺式掃描儀或便攜式掃描儀(筆記本電腦供電)。

·   LC4800P:掃描面積 22×30 cm,分辨率 4800 DPI,可分辨最小粒子 0.005 mm,便攜式。
